This week we talked about the sounds /n/ and /c/ as well as the words the and big. Next week we will be introducing the /f/ and /o/ sounds and the words like and not. In social studies we have been talking about how to be a good friend. We even made a class book about being a good friend. Look for it to be coming home with your child soon! Next week we will continue to talk about being friends and getting along, and start learning about the people who work at our school

Please help your child learn his/her address and phone number if you have not already. Keep practicing shoe tying. Some of the students are doing a great job learning how to tie!
